Describe the solution you'd like
You should add a "My Files" page next to the Home Page, where you will have access to shared files:

• list of all files shared by a given user #67
  • filtering / searching option (free choice here)
• "Add File" button: #68
  • selecting a file to share
  • setting a password
• clicking on the file opens the file management panel: #69
  • changing the password for the file
  • list of users who have access to the file
  • denying access to a user
  • sharing the file with a new user (e.g. by providing a login / UID, free choice here)
  • deleting the file

Suggestion:

• file object on the list as a separate component
