This is a report from a member. A message is shown that they need to attend a member introduction, even though they've already signed the membership contract and have had previous makerspace access periods. So it seems perhaps the wrong template is being used. Also note that the HTML tag that's shown raw.
They don't currently have an active Accessy connection, which I suspect is the issue, but I'm awaiting further feedback.
They also had a failed payment, followed by a successful payment, for the makerspace access, in case this is relevant.
