I still have a question after reading the pdf. If i understand correctly, we are buying call option to hedge the IL.
Reusing the case just mentioned i.e. USDC-ETH, what happen if ETH price drops ? We are actually suffering from IL and the option does not give any return. Do i miss anything ?
