Feat: short ids #9
Description
Similar to how git handles short-revs, the proton-cli should support short-ids, both in the display, and as inputs for commands such as vol inspect <id>.
Under the hood, any configs should still use the long ID form, but the UI should display the short-form unless a CLI option is provided which toggles long-form; or perhaps which sets the displayed length.
