UI load scenarios

The UI should load scenarios.

Scenarios can be triggered with a simple button and -in first implementation- need no input.
They consist of Python code and output logs (generator or plain buffer?).
The logs can be displayed in UI and saved or sent by mail, or uploaded to an http server.
