voicemail never reached after upgrade to 7.8.5.5

Describe the bug
After the upgrade to 7.8.5.5 the voicemail of the users is never reached.

To Reproduce
Basically configure a voicemail into a sipuser. In both cases: the user never answer the call and the user is not logged, the voicemail is never reach by the caller

Expected behavior
The caller should be redirect to the voicemail of the sip-user in order to be able to leave a message.

Additional context
Debian 11, magnus latest version 7.8.5.5
On the asterisk console we retrieve:

-- AGI Script Executing Application: (DIAL) Options: (SIP/58XXXXXXXX,60,TtiL(3600000:61000:30000))
-- No devices or endpoints to dial (technology/resource)

And then the call hang up.
