History not working from +i mode

When using +i mode, the history command does not print any output.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run yash +i
2. Type history and press enter

Expected behavior
Expect history to be printed.

You say, "When using interactive mode", but you're disabling the interactive mode by giving the +i option to yash. If you really want to run yash interactively, remove the option.

I see. What is +i mode called? I would like to use the history command there.

The history feature is only activated in the interactive mode. Why would you want to use history non-interactively? Can you explain your use case in more detail?

I want to write a yash script that uses the history built-in command to pipe to https://github.com/alexpasmantier/television so I can see my command history.

I am able to use interactive mode. yash -i -c history works for my use case.
