Do we want to have positions? What are the positions?

The best idea I have is that positions are programming languages. If you draft a player for JavaScript, than only commits that include JavaScript changes are included in their commit stats.

Or perhaps people have position eligibility based on their commit history? This would be similar to how baseball is run, given that many players frequently play multiple positions.

Could it be that, for a specific week, a manager selects players and assigns them to positions (Committer, Pull Request Originator, Pull Request Merger) and accrues points based on what the player does that week?

A manager could then shift a player to a different position for a subsequent week.

Rethinking this, we suggested that positions be types of repositories: a specific language, over/under 1k stars, number of contributors, started more/less than a year ago.
