Should the new Conditional Access for Agent ID (Preview) be included as an optional Entra test yet?

With all the agents announced at Ignite and slowly arriving in Microsoft 365, a new preview conditional access policy is now available specifically for agents:

I would like Maester to optionally recommend to create this policy in Report-only mode for now - perhaps with a severity of info or None for now, but I was wondering if there is a policy to not include things in Maester that are still in preview?

Great idea and question! There is no policy against creating tests for things that are still in preview. It is always important to keep an eye on new features and capabilities, especially with regard to identity.

What we do is use the Preview tag when creating tests for items that are still in preview, or for tests where the API itself is still in preview status.

Preview tests can then be run by using Invoke-Maester -IncludePreview.
