Description
Add a way to express repetitions of the kind "every 5 x". Cron has this feature, and it seems generally useful.
Currently this can be worked around by repetition, which is what cron->recex does.
A possible syntax could be [value every-n]. For example [{:m [0 5]}] would be every 5 minutes.
Questions:
- How would this work, if at all, with ranges?
- Would this make sense in the day-of-week slot?
