Areas for Improvement

UI Polish

• Add proper loading skeletons (not just "Loading..." text)
• Improve error states with retry buttons
• Add success/error toast notifications consistently
• Mobile responsiveness (currently desktop-only)
• Add dark/light theme toggle

Missing Features

• Call recording playback — recording_url exists in DB but no audio player in UI
• Transcript viewer — Call transcripts stored but not rendered in conversation timeline
• Campaign analytics — Success rate, average call duration, conversion funnel
• Profile editing — Currently can only upload, not edit parsed profile
• Bulk operations — Research multiple matches, create multiple campaigns at once
