After installing your module on cart page I see junk code " /> ...
and on all add to cart button

Fixed changing in /etc/default/varnish -> -p esi_syntax=0x2 because using -p esi_syntax=0x1 does't works

Magento 1.8.1
Varnish 3.0

Now, I can't complete checkout ... I'm unable to pass payment step
