Edits to answers aren't tracked

When answering questions, if you edit a previous answer, Tilly doesn't update your previous answer with its edited version. Pre-edit answers are reported in the channel.

Note that if we do start tracking edits, this implies needing a confirmation or timeout step at the end of the questions, to allow editing of the last answer.
