Tasks

  • Create packages/monad-safety/watchdog.py
  • Enforce speed <= MAX_SAFE_SPEED_MS, no stale timestamps, deadman timeout.
  • Integrate in orchestrator before executing drive.
  • Emit telemetry on violations.

Acceptance

Unit tests for violations; orchestrator returns 422; telemetry logged.
