Feature Request: Pause nudges while update is downloading / preparing

Wondering if it's possible to have Nudge check if an update is actively being downloaded or "prepared" in system settings. If so, it would be great to pause all nudges if either of these conditions are true. The download / unpack process can take several hours. If the System Settings window isn't on top, Nudge will continue to pester the user when there is nothing they can do to move this along.
