Intune - not possible to upload pkg

hi please I would like to deploy this nudge package trough MDM  intune but it won't let me even upload the pkg with error:

The RPC call 'IntuneApp.getLobAppContentFile' returned an error. No error message could be found. Check whether the error was signaled with an Error object. Try adding this app again.

can you help me with that ?
