Im getting this message with every molecule I'm uploading. Is there an issue with the platform or another way to calcular the NP Scores?

Same issue is occurring with me. I also tried getting a natural product from mentioned databases but it still shows unknown fragment error. Its been more than a year of issue upload by you and its still there.
