This resource: http://health-orb.org/resource/view/what-pregnant-women-need-to-eat was originally translated into Spanish (you can switch langs and see that the Spanish translation is there).
In the exported resource.po file (https://github.com/mPowering/orb-translations/blob/master/es/resource.po), you can see the Spanish translation there too (for the description):

However, when this file is uploaded to Transifex, it shows the reosurce title as being translated, but it is showing the description as untranslated:

This appears to be the case for a lot of the resource descriptions, and appears at least to be for all the strings that have more than one pair of html tags within the string.
