Add page for users to find the resources they have submitted

Currently, for 'normal' users (ie not admins, staff or part of content review teams), once they have submitted a resource (but before it's approved), there isn't anywhere for them to easily find them again, eg to re-edit.
They can actually go to the export data option to find this (https://health-orb.org/profile/export/#resources), but not intuitive for this task.
Would suggest that on the view profile page (https://health-orb.org/profile/view/) we create a section that lists all the resources they have submitted.
