(Feat) Add libraries for other languages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, ESDF Manager is a Java library and only a Java library. This is a problem, since most people who do ES-related stuff don't use Java.

Describe the solution you'd like
A rewrite of the library in the same repository, at minimum in the following languages:

• Python
• NodeJS

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could have multiple libraries in multiple repos, but that seems unnecessary.

Python is now fully supported, and this issue is just waiting on NodeJS support.
