Event Info Page (/event/{event}) with role specific views

Motivation: We want to use the event info page as a centralized  source for all event specific information. To avoid overloading the page with information for Organizers, Mentors and participant we want to separate the view into a role specific view.

Goal: Show role specific information on event page -> replace the info pads currently in use at JH events
