Markdown Support in event/location/timeslot notes

**Motivation**: Notes/Descriptions have very limited formatting options

**Goal**: Enable markdown based formatting in notes/descriptions

**Acceptance Criteria**:
- entered markdown is rendered as html

**Out of Scope**:
- live render markdown on input
