Add a 'Make it Vegan' button

Would want a button on the create recipe page that essentially makes a copy of the current state & where a user can then edit the non vegan ingredients out (and can edit the title & instructions & other things.

Will want to include a new tag like "vegan option available" or something.

Would also need a button & logic to edit the vegan version if editing a recipe
