We need package retention !

Right now zippero stores packages endlessly until disk space is eaten whole.

There should be some kind of config that will restrict the number of stored packages  per artifact id. 
 e.g. latest 20 versions.

Then when a new packages is stored, then the oldest packages exceeding the limits should be removed.
