Problems using npyx with ONIX/OpenEphys data

Hi,

I’m new to npyx and tried the code from @m-beau and @chris-angeloni, but it doesn’t work for me.
When I try to read metadata, I get an error: UnboundLocalError: local variable 'probe_index' referenced before assignment.
Also, when I try trn(), it fails because it expects metadata that cannot be read.

Do you know what might be the problem, or has anyone adapted npyx for Neuropixels 1.0e ONIX data recorded with OpenEphys?
