oak-t: Handle new reset and init the status led GPIO.

Handle revised reset on OAK-T >= R8:
* Updated the BoardEntries so that the OAK-T (generic) is now matched
        via the MD2084 boardName. (old boards had -ASM suffix and are matched to the r3 BoardEntry now (oak_t_old).
* Initialize GPIO60, 61 and 62, so now the status led works like on OAK-D-SR-PoE.
