导航栏样式偏好 ( Navigation bar style preference )

Gitea 有两个导航栏, 一个顶部的用户相关的导航栏, 一个二级的关于仓库的导航栏, 之前的样式上我选择和仓库页面的样式差不多, 偶然发现未登录下的 GitHub 仓库页面布局和 Gitea 相似, 一个顶部关于 GitHub 的导航栏和一个二级的关于仓库的导航栏, 我大致修改了样式, 但是说不上哪个好哪个不好, 希望可以给我一些建议, 可以是新的建议不局限于 Gitea 或 GitHub 的样式.

Gitea has two navigation bars, a user related navigation bar at the top and a second level navigation bar about the repository. Previously, I chose a style similar to the repository page, but accidentally discovered that the layout of the GitHub repository page without logging in is similar to Gitea. There is a top navigation bar about GitHub and a second level navigation bar about the repository. I have roughly modified the style, but I cannot say which one is good or bad. I hope you can give me some suggestions, including new suggestions that are not limited to Gitea or GitHub styles.
