Tacky borders are gone after waking system from sleep.

My windows lose the tacky border when resuming from sleep and if I restart them the border comes back. In this image I restarted vscode to demonstrate:

The hwnd for vscode is 00291E8A. After the above photo, I put the system to sleep, resumed, then attached the logs so there's a full cycle in close proximity, but I do not see that hwnd in the logs.

Thanks for the detail. What version of tacky-borders are you running? I can't seem to match up the line numbers in your log with the source code.

I assume it's significant and to aid with people using github/web search:

this can be mitigated by assigning it to task scheduler, I have created a manual config for this so as to prevent this exact issue, if you want, you can take a look at my dotfiles here where I have the xml config saved for it.

PS: I forgot to edit the task name for it as I took the same configuration I have used for AltSnap. Also this config is compatible when you have installed tacky-borders with scoop package manager.
