Add the option to run as an administrator

It is recommended to add the option to run as an administrator in the configuration, otherwise it will be ineffective for the task manager and some windows components.

Why not just enable "Run this app as administrator" in the exe settings? Or do you mean running it as admin on startup without the UAC prompt?

@Lazybone-h you can set tacky-borders to auto start with highest privileges by following the steps below:

1. Open tacky-borders as admin
2. Right click the tray menu and enable auto-start
3. That's it, no UAC prompt and tacky-borders launch as admin by default
