Running RAM error on COLAB notebook

Hi, I am facing memory error while trying to run it on COLAB (I have only this environment to run) I checked the mentioned solution but still getting same error of not enough RAM  (Your session crashed after using all available RAM) to complete run section of tp function. Any working colab notebook or how to solve the issue?
