[Deletion request] lua-rtoml #237
Description
The lua-rtoml package is no longer maintained and the upstream GitHub repository has been deleted.
I've reached out to @scr1pt0r with a deletion request, but received no response (the GitHub account appears to be inactive).
There exists an actively maintained fork which has support for Lua 5.0.
Would it be possible to delete the existing lua-rtoml package so that @lblasc can publish their fork?
