"Configuration" line is missing from module block #293
Description
Hi. I am not an admin, but I noticed that the "Configuration" line in the Quickmail module block is missing. We are using Moodle_3.5_.28LTS.29, and Quickmail v1.7.4 .
Is this a known issue? Is there a quick fix, that I can tell the admin people (who cannot be bothered to track this down)?
