PHASE2VCF.pl missing

The PHASE2VCF.pl script doesn't exist in the vcf-conversion-tools repository. Can this be added?

Thank you for sharing your scripts.
I think my question is related. Is there a script that converts PHASE output (.out format) to vcf or some other output.
