fastPHASELDHat2.pl issue

Hi, 

I need to convert files from fastPHASEoutput (switch.out) to LDHat input files (locs.txt and sites.txt). I did run the script, but I can't find the output files. Do I need to give a path?. Or perhaps I am missunderstanding what the position filename on commnd line is?.
It will be very helpful if I can get an example of the convertion.
