feat: Add Kubernetes operator

Create a Kubernetes operator for deploying buswatch sidecars.

Proposed Features

• Custom Resource Definition (CRD) for BuswatchMonitor
• Automatic sidecar injection
• Per-namespace configuration
• Integration with service mesh

Use Cases

• Automatic instrumentation of pods
• Centralized configuration
• Dynamic scaling

Implementation

Consider using kube-rs or Operator SDK.
