During my visit to Edmonton, Canada, I went to an amazing cocktail bar and restaurant called [North 53](http://north53.com/). I was pleasantly surprised to find they were using [Joe Prince’s Klinic Slab](http://www.losttype.com/font/?name=klinic) in their menus and other collateral.

We haven’t done a proper [Fonts in Use post](/fonts-in-use) in a while, but this seems like as good a moment as any to start up again!

Klinic Slab is the slab typeface used for portions of cocktail wheel, and menu descriptions.

Also, I accidentally ended up in the opening frame of their new promo video, probably starring at the type in the menu. Oops.
