Generate actual thumbnail images

Right now, we didn’t generate new thumbnail images for the site, it’s actually the entire photo, cropped with CSS. This is actually quite effective, but has some drawbacks:

• Images are squished on Safari 6 and below This was fixed in fbfb082
• Performance hit for loading the large image
• Performance hit for scaling the large image

Generating different sizes of images for the entire media gallery will be kind of a pain, but it will improve all these problems. Might have to look at storing those images somewhere besides this repository, however, and either way have them ignored from Prose.

After this we can properly support the picture element too, which would be
