Can‘t open the Software

Once After I restarted the computer with the software running, I couldn't open it anymore,it only generates a file(.raw) but can't see it.Please help me.

.raw files are the log files. To view it start again the software (.exe), or from windows start menu, and then navigate to the "Logs" tab on the main window

Have you installed npcap as mentioned in the installation instructions?
Also, once installed do not start it using the installer, but with the actual program Loa Details.exe (from its installation folder or windows start menu)
