Set ip doesn't change the ip chamsys commands are sent to

Change ip
Press set
close program
open program
note that the ip is reset back to the previous one. If save settings is pressed the ip is correct after restarting the program.

However, the sending ip is still 255.255.255.255.

This is probably caused by settings.json not working when packaged with pyinstaller
