Improve docs on jsPsych data #466

Summary
The data downloads that users get from jsPsych studies might be different from what they're expecting, especially if they are experienced jsPsych users and/or new to CHS. We should add some documentation to the jsPsych section about the data format (possibly linking to or combining with EFP docs on this).
