UPDATE - Add documentation of all email templates for researcher reference

Researchers who have questions about the emails that get sent by the Lookit system don't have a good way to see the exact text! It would be good to have a page that documents (1) When/under what conditions each email is sent and (2) the text of the email (with parameters marked)
