discord.py library is out of date #1
Description
the discord.py dependency has been rewritten and the bot needs to be updated to the new versions because the last known working version (0.16.12) is no longer available in the python package repositories
there seem to be quite a few breaking changes that need fixing so this should be a relatively straightforward, if not slightly tedious fix
