Idaho Code § 28-5301 et seq. — Idaho Digital Assets Act Chapter 53 of Title 28 of the Idaho Code establishes the Digital Assets Act, governing the classification, ownership, transfer, and commercial treatment of digital assets under Idaho commercial law. The digital content, structured data, and records comprising this vault constitute digital property subject to the protections and provisions of this Act. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this repository's contents may constitute misappropriation of digital assets under Idaho law. Uniform Commercial Code Article 12 (2022 Amendments) — Controllable Electronic Records UCC Article 12, as promulgated by the Uniform Law Commission and the American Law Institute in 2022, establishes a legal framework for "Controllable Electronic Records" (CERs) — records stored in an electronic medium that are subject to exclusive control. Under this framework, the party in control of a CER holds rights analogous to possession of tangible property, including the right to exclude others and to transfer control. The structured notes, records, and digital assets in this vault are maintained under the exclusive control of Logan A. Finney and are asserted as controllable electronic records under this framework to the full extent applicable.
