Difficulty to compile LOCKSS plugin

I am part of the LOCKSS Network of Cariniana in Brazil and we need to use two plugins: SciELOPlugin and OJS3Plugin. We tried to compile, but we realized that it is necessary to compile the jar and sign it. However, to sign it is necessary to use the project keystore and we do not know which key is used to sign.
@janicecheng or @thibgc , Can you help us with the compilation or compile these two plugins for us?

Specifications:

1. Version of the daemon: 1.74.10
2. Hash of branch (if applicable)
3. Operating system: Centos 6 or 7
4. Hardware: 8GB RAM with 8vCPU
