Resizeable textboxes take up limited horizontal space #4

Issue:
Would it be possible to have resizable textboxes automatically take up more horizontal space, if available? Here is an example from a course evaulation. NB this is also an issue on normal LearnIT.
Want:
Ideally you can either resize the boxes yourself horizontally, they allocate an adequate amount of horizontal space themselves or both.
