It doesn't, as far as I'm aware. No-IP seems to be sending 2FA emails even if you have it disabled. I recently created a fixed version of the script. I need to wait a few weeks until I need to confirm my 3ld to properly test it, and add the last few steps. I created a fork with the changes I made, which you can find here.

This script does not work for me, but I got my script working. It could use some cleaning up, but it is functional. It uses Google Apps Script to create an API that grabs the verification code from Gmail. The python script then grabs the code and enters it to the website if necessary.
