Newbie issue

hi
running on bookwork debian raspbian
ran bash setup.sh, and set up account info
now whilst in the folder under user i enter bash noip-renew-(MY debian username) or (noip username)
tried both and i get file not found
tried running python script but get permission denied
can you please help with this step
