fix: cleanup ONLINE, AT_HOME, PROLIFIC, MTURK variables

Initially AT_HOME meant =desktop without EEG. The logic in this task requires AT_HOME to be true for Firebase to work, which is confusing. The new honeycomb has a lot of improvements in this set up that could be leveraged. Maybe useful here
