Store roles correctly for signup

Currently: 
- when signing up, the roles array in User does not seemed to be stored correctly (https://cloud.mongodb.com/v2/6403330cbf3f125abb0bdf55#/metrics/replicaSet/64033353f2677f021bb89ea9/explorer/test/users/find).

Expected:
- roles to include an array of role ids
