Move points outside of region bounds #57
Description
Currently points cannot be moved beyond the region boundaries (on the X-axis, you can move beyond the bounds on the Y.) Christine likes that safety normally, but she would like to have some kind of option to override it so she can move points below minX and above maxX,
That may take the form of a command line argument, or perhaps a hot-key to temporarily allow it.
